Rise Manpower Services
Rise Manpower is a DMW-licensed agency placing skilled Filipino workers with overseas employers. They needed a website that did real work — publishing live openings, taking applications online, and letting employers request manpower — while clearly signalling that they are a legitimate, licensed agency to both workers and employers.
The approach
How we built it
We designed a credibility-first site and built the working platform behind it on PHP & MySQL: a job board the team controls, an application flow for candidates, and a request workflow for employers. The result is a recruitment engine, not a brochure.
